Would shop this store again.
Real deal , quality construction and markings. This purchase along with the shipping range suited me the best to buy two of the 6 foot so now I have 210 foot cords that makes them very useful.

Genius-Just the Cord I was Looking For!
After extensive searching, I was able to find these cords at a very reasonable value price. Instead of having to throw away good sections of the specialized trapezoidal computer/printer power cords, this 6-foot conversion allows me to adapt and re-purpose those otherwise useless cords into reliable extension cords for other general household applications (or string several re-purposed sections together for longer needs). I could only locate 3 vendors who offered versions of these adapter/conversion cords; and these are clearly at the best price range, with multiple length sections, along with bundled quantity volume pricing. Fantastic opportunity to salvage and re-use old computer/printer power cords with these from MONOPRICE for my everyday uses. Thank you for a prompt delivery too.

make spare PC power cables, extension cords
I accidentally ran across these looking for short power cords to use as a wall wort solutions. Now I can re-task spare power cords that I have accumulated over a lifetime. I mean, how often does a power cord go bad?

Handy
It's like getting a 12 ft cord for the price of a 6 ft cord, because I already have 6 ft of computer cord
PROS: I now have a use for one of the many computer power cords that have piled up over the years

one thing I love abt MP is that you can find almost _any_ sort of cable to help you fix problems. In this case I had a power cable for a plasma that died, snaked through a conduit from my AV receiver.
The new big screen TV I bought had it's power inlet in a place that was too far for the old power cable to reach and it would have been a huge pain to remove the old one from the conduit (which was carrying a bunch of other cables as well) and re-snake the new power cable through.
Monoprice to the rescue, I just used this adapter cable to extend the old one to the inlet on the new TV. Job = done

Ever need a use for all of those old computer power cables that seem to accumulate? This is a very trick piece that makes them useful again! I think these are a great idea, and am just all kinds of pleased with my purchase. I was expecting a guage heavier wire, but really I have no real complaints.
