We purchased 4 boxes of cable in three colors. All were up to spec and were easy to pull out of the boxes. The cables had footage markings on the cable so I knew how much was left in each box. We ended up running around 3,000' of cable through out a new building and all of the cables passed testing and are currently being used to with Cameras, Access Points and general IT drops. Paired with RJ45 plugs, prod#7266, the cable was perfect for our new install.
Well made plenum rated cable. Slightly better that it's 23 gauge vs. 24 for POE applications. I bought 5,000' of this and wired-up 4,966'. I like that the cable has the length marked on it in 2' declining increments. I have not connected it yet so I can't comment on speed. However, there is an"x" insulator separating all four pairs and the pairs are tightly twisted (as should be for CAT6). There is also a pull line for stripping back the outer jacket. The dark colored cable will show a deformation mark where a loop has been pulled down on itself tightly. It happens. Plenum rated cable is cannot be super flexible. The mark is a whitish spot on the jacket and a bump shape at this pinch point. The twisted pairs are slightly spread open here. It helps if you massage the cable back to a smooth shape. This cable is excellent. The negatives I mentioned are just to make you aware of what to expect with any plenum rated CAT6 cable.
