    270° 10-Watt (60W Equivalent) A 19 LED Bulb, 810 Lumens, Cool/ Daylight (6000K) - Non-Dimmable (6-Pack)

Get a longer lasting, safe, and affordable alternative to incandescent or CFL light bulbs using this 6-Pack of 10-watt A19 LED Bulbs from Monoprice!

This LED bulb uses only 10 watts of power, but produces 810 lumens of light energy at 6000K, equivalent to a standard 60-watt incandescent bulb. It uses the E26 "medium" Edison screw base, which is the standard home screw-in bulb type we're all used to. This indoor bulb is 2.4" in diameter and 5.1" tall and has an 85 ~ 265 VAC operating range.

The bulb features a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens, which is designed to withstand ordinary drops and falls, and a 100% aluminum heat sink. It uses the superior Epistar diodes, is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use before failure, and carries a three year replacement warranty.

The bulb generates light in the 6000K range (Color Rendering Index greater than 80) with an impressive beam angle of 270°, which is a cool, bluish light that is perfect for high-visibility illumination needs, such as in a workshop or bathroom. This bulb is not designed to be dimmable. While it may be physically dimmed in some light fixtures, doing so can damage the bulb's internal circuitry and severely reduce its expected life span.

Each order includes six, individually packaged bulbs.

They are nice for a while but die out fast
I bought two packages of these. I have had one fail and one replaced already. Since that time I have had 3 others fail on me. Not really worth the money.

    PROS: Bright

CONS: Take a couple of seconds to turn on.

    Energy efficient and bright!
These bulbs are the best priced for the amount of light output. They compare very well to other brands for much less of the cost. The light emitted is a very cool blue. If you prefer a more traditional yellow the option exists but I do not, so I can not offer any assessment of the yellow LED bulbs. These bulbs will last much longer than both CFL and incandescent and will pay for themselves. I highly recommend them.

PROS: - Low energy use compared to both incandescent and CFL bulbs.

    - Extremely bright with an excellent cool blue glow.

    - Well designed to dissipate heat.

    - Not excessively bulgy or awkwardly sized.

    - Very reasonably priced for LED light bulbs, the best price I found for the given lumens.

    CONS: None.

    Poor life
update... I put 4 of these in service in Sept 2015, and less than 6 months later 2 failed. Another went in to service in Dec 2015 and also failed. All were in open fixtures so there shouldn't be any cooling concerns. Definitely not a good buy with lifespans of well under 1000 hours vs. the 25,000 hour average they advertised.

    PROS: Cost

    CONS: short life

2 more failed, now 5/6 in ~6 months
I started with a 6 pack of these, and now 5 have failed from the original order in 6 months or less of service. Monoprice was great shipping out 3 replacements when I notified them a few weeks ago. Now I am requesting 3 more to replace the rest of my originals. Hopefully later batches will last longer, but I doubt it. I really like the light output and bright, white color. I wish they would last longer than incandescent bulbs, though.

    PROS: Great light

CONS: Terribly quality control (I presume) leading to very short life span.

Hlaf have failed after 1 year.
Not even close to the LED lifetime promises.

    They don't last
I purchase a 6 pack of these 4/19/15. I liked them so much that I bought 2 more 6 packs on 6/26/15. One failed and was replaced by Monoprice on 10/2/15. Lately they have been dropping like flies. Of the 19, I have 8 left. I just replaced 3 today (I used CFLs).

I didn't keep track of which order these came from, but I did track in-service dates. The oldest one was installed on 7/19/15, just over a year ago. It has been dead for several days..

The newest was installed on 5/24/16. It too was dead for several days. It lasted less than two months.

I like the bright white light, but they just don't last.

    PROS: Bright whit light.

CONS: They don't last very long.

    No surprises
Hard to make firm conclusions about a bulb before it burns out. Seems to function just fine, excellent price for a low energy bulb (without the mercury and special handling required of CFLs).

PROS: Sturdy (they seem shatter proof)

CONS: Not really a con so much as "as designed," but the blue light is definitely noticeable when next to the more yellow CFLs. Take note and make sure you order the correct temperature for your room, avoid mixing color temperatures.

    A must buy
I never really thought my house needed more lights till recently. So when I saw this product on Monoprice I rolled the dice. This was my first purchase on Monoprice. I read some other reviews for the single bulb version about there being a delay of a second before the LED actually lights up. I also noticed this but honestly I wouldn't consider this a flaw in the product. In today's world of instant gratification it's nice to wait to see the light :P even if it takes just a second longer. I would definitely recommend this product and Monoprice.

PROS: Very good light bulbs. No defects

    CONS: None

Never realized how yellow reular bulbs are.
Replaced two 100w incandescent in the living room and even though it is not as bright (these are 60w equivalent) the room is very well lit. The cool blue is very soothing. The room feels a lot more comfortable. We'll see about the electricity bill as these lights are on about 8h per day.

    Excellent bulbs and great value.
I've been looking to switch to LED's household lights for awhile, but most brand names at my local stores are $15-$40 for a single bulb and most are warm colour temperature. I prefer the bright cool temps above 5000k. So these fit the bill perfectly, and at $42 for 6 of them you just can't go wrong. Highly recommended. 10/10

PROS: Cheap compared to similar brand name LED's, Very bright and cool light temp.

    CONS: none.
