Good quality mini null modem adapter, avoids huge adapter chain, reduces port strain.

It’s a simple and old design. What could go wrong? I connected it and found myself able to do what I needed to do over a serial line.

I prefer to us null-modem adaptor female-female but sometimes with cables already in place, it's practical to have such a null-modem adaptor male-male.

Here is the pinout of it, that I've just probed prior to do this review:

These work great, use them for work they are nice and compact and well made.

Also great that they are male to male, also great on the end of a standard serial cable to make it a null modem cable for programming equipment

I use these adapters as part of a receiver control package. They are a very good quality adapter, small in size and I have used many without any problems.

These are great! After using these it is hard to use the bulky null modem connectors that I have.
