Just ordered 10 of these. Haven't received them yet, but based on the pictures here is the pinout:

pin 1-5 N/C
pin 6-9 active
pin 10-7 N/C
pin 18-21 active

Won't know the rj45 mapping until i get them, i will try to remember to update with info.
