Is the cable rated for outside/exterior use ???

This cable is not UV rated so it is not suitable for use in direct sunlight.
You could use an outdoor conduit if you wanted to use this cable outdoors.

It worked just fine

I bought this to replace an existing cable because I was hoping to see higher internet download speed. But the cable I had was made to the same standard, so I did not need this cable. I have gone back to my old cable because at that moment in time it was easier to use the old cable than to use the new cable. For higher download speed I needed a new modem.

Very good ÇAT5e cable.

Not so much I can say except the cable was ready to work with (no kinking, etc.) They were priced very reasonably and Monoprice was super nice to deal with.

Great Patch Cords

I have purchased Hundreds of Mono Price Cat5e, and Cat6 Patch Cords at various lengths, and have not had one bad cord!!
We have deployed these cords for our customers mission critical applications with confidence

PROS: Great Price..available with 2 differnt type of boots, and with out boots
Mant different Colors, and Lengths
The patch cords with out boots (Zero Boot) are great for IP telephones...
