It works as described and easy to install. I needed to turn my TV 90 degrees so I can store it in a cabinet and shut the door - this mount did the trick. I have a Samsung UN40MU7000 and had to buy the screws to attach the mount to the TV. Be sure and test the screws in all four holes as my TV required two different lengths. That is an issue with the TV, not the mount. Very pleased with the quality for the money - I recommend this product, 5 stars.

Set up was easy. Bracket is sturdy and directions easy to understand. The ball joint is a bit different because you have to tighten bolts to make the joint less mobile and to keep the tv from fluting over on its own weight you have to tighten it hard. Otherwise it's discreet and with the $$.

I really do love the new tv mount, however it took two tries to get the tv attached to the arm. The ball joint on the arm had to be tightened down twice so that it did not sag once the weight of the tv was placed on the arm. Since I was working alone, it took me two tries before I had it tightened enough so I could rest the tv on it and let go and be able to screw in the bottom bolts.

Beyond that, it works like a charm and my daughters are now enjoying junking up their dresser with cloths instead of a tv.

Like the mount but the screws supplied for my new Samsung with a 200x200 pattern were not long enough and had to make 2 trips to a hardware store 30 miles away after realizing the screws are metric.

I bought this particular mount because it allows me to rotate my monitor from landscape to portrait, which was somewhat difficult to find. Model 10456 is reasonably priced, easy to install, easy to rotate, and looks nice behind my monitors. The cord hiding clip slides if you move the monitor so your cords stay hidden and don't get bunched - nice feature, Monoprice. Buy this with spiral wraps for your cords and your desk setup will look nice and professional.

The price was right, the unit is very sturdy, it was easy to install and it functions very well.

CONS: did not fit my TV. This was my error as I assumed the size in the description should be relative to the VESA mounts. Just make sure to check! I have a 40" TV that has a larger VESA pattern.

The wall-mount unit itself is well-made, and is relatively easy to install. However, you might need to be ready to provide your own screws. The screws provided were easily stripped. While they provide different types of VESA screws, the options provided were still too short for my monitor. Given that the monitor is well-priced, I guess you can easily afford to buy your own screws.

CONS: Screws and washers provided were made from cheap metal the VESA screws provided were not long enough for my monitor.

With the exception of the supplied screws, everything worked fine. The ball joint (swivel joint) was very loose on arrival, and I had to tighten it considerably to get it to stay in one place. The mount itself is well designed and solidly made, and looks like it will last a long time. Range of motion is even more than I need, but I'd rather have too much flexibility than too little. Like most things at Monoprice, amazing value for the money.

CONS: Supplied screws for wall were made of cheap metal, and I managed to ruin the heads without too much trouble. Fortunately, I have a screw extractor, and substitute screws were readily available at the hardware store. Be sure to drill deep enough pilot holes!
