As described in our Privacy Shield Certification, Monoprice, Inc. complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Monoprice, Inc. has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles and is responsible for any of your personal information that is shared under the Onward Transfer Principle with third parties for external processing on our behalf. A violation of our commitment to Privacy Shield may be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission and/or United States Department of Commerce. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Monoprice, Inc. commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU Individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield Policy should first contact us via email at [email protected].
Monoprice, Inc. has further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regards to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaints from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact the EU DPAs for more information or to file a complaint. In certain circumstances, the Privacy Shield Framework provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by any other means, as described in the Privacy Shield Framework Principles Annex I.
Any changes to our Self-Regulatory Privacy Framework will become effective upon posting of changes on this page and a revision of the "Last Modified" date above is applied.
