BEST ANSWER: These are NOT plenum-rated, so NO, They are NOT for in-wall or in-ceiling (plenum) installation. Non-plenum cables are not fire-rated, and do emit toxic gases if they catch fire, which is WHY they do not meet code reqirements.

Typically you wouldn’t run a cable with two plug ends thru a wall. You would wont one end to be made into a port end, the other connects to your server.

If you are referring to plugging into a wall mounted Ethernet port than yes it should be fine. If you are referring to running the cable INSIDE the wall, that I am unsure of.

Depending on the application you either need CM/CMG, CMR or CMP rated cable. CMX cable is the lowest grade with no fire rating and not to code for in wall applications.

Quick Delivery

Perfect Price to Performance Ethernet Cable
Very cheap and very good quality had no problem unwinding the cable and it works perfectly with my computer and 100mb/s internet, I even saw an increase in download/upload speeds slightly.

Good cable, would shop again.
Cables arrived separately packaged and in good shape. I find I only needed 40' of cable, but the extra means I have some mobility if I need to reorient my equipment as my telework environment is adjusted.
