Cables were good, but customer service was awful. I had to coordinate between them and their fraud dept, headaches..

We have been using Monoprice ethernet cables for a few years and have never experienced any problems with them. They provide fast delivery and the best prices anywhere for quality cables. Very pleased with them and will continue to purchase all of our ethernet cables from Monoprice.

So far so good. All cables appear to be operating as expected at full gigabit speeds. The no-snag connectors seem durable and very usable/effective. I expect to get many years of use out of these cables.

You can't go wrong with these patch cables. I've never had a problem with them or any cables I bought from Monoprice.

I first found out about Monoprice after reading a review of their products in a well-known audio-video magazine. They raved about how they offer quality products at very low prices. At first I was hesitant to buy something I knew nothing about, but then I decided to give them a try. Boy, was I glad I did! Everything I ordered was of first rate quality.
