BEST ANSWER: Here is the long answer.-Generally, patch cables are not plenum rated primarily because they are not installed above the ceiling of an office building which may or may not be a plenum rated ceiling. Here is the short answer - no these are not plenum rated however, Monoprice may offer plenum cables. You would need to contact them.

These cables aren't really meant for running through walls and ceilings with HVAC, so I don't believe they are plenum rated. You would generally run bulk plenum cable through the ceiling and walls, terminate to a wall plate/keystone or similar, and then these patch cables connect to the PC from there. Hope this helps
