BEST ANSWER: No it should not , as this is a normal cellpbone charging cable . I think the printer would use a different usb type of cable than the cellphone charging cable .
I must say though if you are able to use your current cellphone charging cable into your v2 printer then it will definitely work

Exactly as pictured - great value
I appreciate the choke on the line that reduces any chance of interference from other devices. I bought two, one 3 and one 6 feet long. Shipping was reasonable.

Very Sturdy Cable
Purchased this cable to use the Android Auto app in my Honda CRV. The cable is just the right length and is very sturdy. I would highly recommend this item. The price is extremely reasonable for the cable's high quality. Although Honda recommended to only use the original USB cable that came with my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone, this one worked perfectly.

Good larger gauge USB/micro charger cable. Seems to utilize capabilities of fast 2.1 amp chargers that I have. Wish I ordered longer cable...

Excellent quality
Price was slightly more the some of the cheap cables but the quality is excellent. The connections fit tight. The cable is heavy duty. I bought 3 cables all off the same quality.

8640 PID cable
I bought this 3 1/2 years ago and liked the idea of the ferrite core filter. It actually raised the cable to the height of my S3 in Otterbox case and should have been less stressful to the cable. I have had 2 of 5 fail and one certainly was not in use for more than a year. Monoprice was prompt w/ a replacement but you may want to bring a backup fresh cable if you are traveling.
