Will this work as a longer charger for my iPhone?

BEST ANSWER: Yes. As long as you don't go too long it will work. Get too long and you'll need to get an active extension USB. I use this on my iPhone 7 just fine.

Yes, I use this cable everyday. The nearest plug in my room is across the room. I just plug this in and wrap it around my desk. It charges just fine. I don't see any power being lost from it either.

I'm looking for an extension for my wyze cam og cable. Would this work? I know sometimes there may not be enough power.

BEST ANSWER: I used these to extend the cable on my indoor Eufy cameras and they've worked perfectly. I know that's not a Wyze camera, but assuming they draw the same amount of power, it might work for you.

This should work for your needs. You might have issues if you chain these cables together to a much longer length, around 50ft.
