This is a perfect wall mount for a small TV or monitor. I used it above the door going into my Home Theater. The TV displays TV and movie posters. I looked at several sources trying to find a small mount that kept the TV close to the wall and it also would tilt up and down.

Excellent small TV mount. I'm using it for a 32" led TV that weighs only 10lbs and it perfect. Easy to hang and adjust. Used only auger type wall anchors.

I have purchased 2 of these mounts and they exceed what I expected to get regarding quality. One holds a 19" monitor and the other a 24". The only thing with the 24" monitor is that you are limited with how far side to side you can move the monitor before hitting the wall (if you are mounting to a flat wall). I don't need it to move any further than it does, so for me it's perfect, but something to think about for those that need to swing back and forth up to 180 degrees. This mount keeps the monitor close to the wall and that's what I wanted. For reference, I would guess that I get only about 15-20 degrees of swing each way from when it's parallel to the wall (maybe a little more). You get a bit more with a smaller monitor. I think it provides more like 100-120 degrees of total range on the 19".
