It's a patch cable and seems to work as expected.

Very good quality cable

High quality workmanship and materials were used to produce this ethernet cable. Will definitively purchase again as the need arises.

Not much to say -- needed some short cables to go from ports to a switch. These work fine and seem to support transfer rates that they should.. The connectors are oriented correctly to support the short distance from stacked equipment (at least for my case) and did not require twisting to orient.

While the product was long enough and fit fine, these are NOT CAT 6 cables. Cat 6 has a specification of 23awg, the outside coating states 24awg, which is as thin as CAT 5

6 cm maybe. No where near 6”

Ideal for my purposes. And, it looks pretty, too.

Just what I needed in my for my rack installation

Oredered two 6" patch cords, monoprice shipped two cords same UPC but one is 5.5" and the other is 6.5". One has 550KHz rating, the other shorter one is anybody's guess. Ordered these with a tester, which they showed in stock but never shipped. Charged me shipping for these two cords and then they cancelled the tester from the order. More junk from Monoprice that can't be used. BEWARE....
