Not accurate size
A tad too big, like everyone else posted. This will only work for you if you can spare the room, or if there is not going to be anything below or above this one.
PROS: Cheap
Sturdy enough
CONS: DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY.

These Are Too Big!!! Useless!! Not 2U Size!!!
Monoprice needs to pull these. I love Monoprice and trust their quality, but these just suck. They are simply too big to fit in a standard 2U rack space. Read the other reviews... I ignored them and just trusted Monoprice, and I paid for that mistake.
PROS: The price is very good and so is the quality as well as how it is shipped. But all that is pointless when the Premium Cable Management Metal D-Ring, 3.5 inch (H) 2U is unusable!
CONS: There are too big to fit in a standard 2U rack space! They are not a standard 2U size. I bought 4 of them and all 4 of them had the same problem. I switched to a different company and it worked prefectly (albeit at a much higher price than these, but what is the point if these do not fit).

I agree with the other reviewers that these are about 1/16" larger in height than 3.5". If you're only installing one, or not installing them in a rack, you can probably get by. But when you're trying to install several in a rack, the error in height keeps adding up and by the time you get the fourth one in, you're 1/4" off, and that just won't work.
PROS: They seem sturdy.
CONS: They are larger than 3.5"

I read everyone's reviews and decided to give this a try. The Item is wider like everyone else is saying. I was able to install it but had to loosen the equipment above it so I could slide it up. The item works if you want to move equipment around.
PROS: cheap, metal, D ring design is nice
CONS: wider than the 3.5 inches.

Not useful for rack mount applications
It is specified as 3.5" tall and appears to be for 2U rack mount applications, but it is actually 3 9/16" tall and will not fit in a 2U rack space. To meet 2U specifications, it should be 3 15/32" tall, so it is 3/32" to tall for racks and 1/16" to tall to meet the advertised specs.
PROS: It's made of medal.

Not actually 3.5 inches
The earlier review from Scott is correct these are NOT 2U (3.5 inches). My tape measure says they're about 3.6 inches. This is just tall enough to make them not fit in the rack when the positions above and below are occupied. If you want it to fit, either you'll need to file it down or you'll have to dedicate 3U to it. Would give a 7 or 8 if not for the flawed sizing.
PROS: Inexpensive, material seems OK
CONS: Not actually 2U / 3.5 inches as advertised

Horizontal Wire Managers
ALL of the 2U wire managers I bought were about 1/32" too high. In other words, you can get the first one in ok but any panels or managers you install below it don't fit. These are non-standard sizes. I literally had to do some filing of the holes to get them to fit.
PROS: Inexpensive and quality seems to be ok.
CONS: Non-standard sizing!!!

Amazing management
This is exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price. Screwed 2 of them to the underside of my Ikea VIKA table top and went cable hunting. The 3.5" diameter was key because I had thick power cables that I needed to loop back and forth. There was plenty of room I even shoved a power strip in there as well.
PROS: Easy to install on the underside of my Ikea desk, cheap, large enough to loop long power cables back and forth
CONS: NONE

Excellent cable management!
I'm very satisfied with this product. It's very excellent for organizing the cable, eliminating the clutter and strain. Also, the cables worked 100% without any interference. It defeats the purpose of organizing cables with tie wraps and cable ties. I definitely buy this product again!
PROS: Easy setup, good quality, nice packaging, easy to organize cables, and cheap price!
CONS: 2 feet rack mountable width would be great, but 19' is fair enough for me to set it up.
