Does this include a punchdown tool and is B colorcoding displayed?

BEST ANSWER: There's no punchdown tool included. Color coding is as shown in the item photos - it shows you where the colored pairs go on the block, but not where each wire from each pair goes. However, all of the positions on the block are numbered with corresponding pin number from the 8P8C connector, so if you're familiar with the T568B pinout you can figure it out.

There's no punch down tool but you can get them pretty cheap now. And the color coding is on a piece of paper in the package. As I remember the color coding is not on the Block itself.

Perfect balance of price and quality.
Great quality for the price. The housing is very solid and can withstand placement along baseboards.

Works great
I like that there's two mounting options (2-sided tape or screws) included.

Great Termination Boxes
Was in need of a termination point on the manufacturing plant floor. at different lines. These are the perfect size and can attach in different ways. Sturdy enough to last.

Very good suface mount jacks
Nice cases, Very clean looking and easy to use. The cases stay latched well and there are no sharp edges to catch on clothing, etc.

does the job
sturdy plastic, included zip-tie for securing the cable and both screws and double-stick pad for mounting options. I wasn't aware this required a punch-down tool (just didn't think to check, I see it is in the description) but I was able to secure the wires with a very-thin screwdriver, even correcting a misplaced wire without issue. Works great, worth the 2 bucks.

Solid little enclosure
Very nice little box for terminating cat5e. I used mine to house a 1-wire temp sensor (DS18B20) soldered some 24awg leads to the sensor, punched those down in the box, and then connected the sensor to my 1-wire network with cat5e
PROS: great value for the price.
CONS: a little larger than I need, but looks nice surface mounted on walls, panels, ceilings

Perfect Simple Ethernet Jack Solution
I used a couple of these boxes for the rooms where I didn't want to go through the trouble of putting a jack in the wall. These are really easy to set up and come with screws to mount as well as sticky double-sided foam tape. My only complaint I don't understand why the pins aren't numbered sequentially, (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6...). It was just a little confusing, really doesn't matter as long as you make sure the other end of the cable is wired exactly the same. Also I used a really thin flathead screwdriver to push the wires down, make sure they are all the way down.
PROS: Inexpensive, sturdy, easy to use.
CONS: Was not a fan of the instructions, not a deal breaker.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these terminal boxes they were much better than I expected them to be. Easy termination and they even come with a small tie wrap to secure the cable. I would highly recommend these.
