Will 30 feet of this 3.5 mm cable work to connect a small speaker to my laptop or will the audio signal deteriorate with that long a cable? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: We have used this cable for several initiatives and the signal did not deteriorate at all. I think you should be good to go, and believe that you will be pleased with the outcome.

It will lose some signal you will NEVER hear it though You will be in good shape

What gauge are the signal wires in this cable? Are these cables shielded? If so, is the shield copper braid or aluminum foil?

Great Noise Free Cable
I bought the longest at a great price and these are well worth the original price. I have and used six of these on a weekly basis at the very least with NO failures. A 50' is long enough to go around anything I need it to, (including the entire stage). Don't expect light wight, even the plugs are heavy duty.

Great service, I just expected something that it didn't have
I expected it to come with 4 wires inside. Instead it was 2 wires and a ground. I want to put these into my stereo and it only accepts wire.
