BEST ANSWER: it's 120V 60Watt fisture, so that current draw is 0.5Amps. It would take a whole bunch of these on the same circuit to cause an issue. Note that this unit is not very bright, good for very close distances (10ft, maybe 15ft)

Bought 2, one is OK, other is unreliable
The light output of these spots is on the low side - mounted 20' up and 40' out from the point of focus, these lights don't do much more than wash out some of the shadows. The 180w unit would have been a better choice for this location.
Worse, one of them seems to randomly change its DMX address several times a month, while the other has been rock solid. This morning, it again decided that its dimmer channel should instead make it strobe...

Nice for the price.
Overall I am happy with this instrument. I only wish it could be higher watt at this price range. Quality seems very good. Will meet my needs for the venue.

I really wanted to love this light.
I have been working on re-lighting my church's stage. I purchased this to test, and I thought it would work fantastic, until I installed it today. It gives off a nice white, even, focused light. I'm a little disappointed in the brightness, but mostly I'm disappointed by how loud the fan is. I have seven other monoprice led fixtures with fans that I installed this weekend, and all seven of them combined are quieter that this one light. (Stage Right Bright, 8-watt x 7 LED PAR-575 Stage Light (RGBW)) Being in a sanctuary, low nose is important. I'm not completely certain if I'll keep this light installed, or look for another, quieter option to light the pulpit.
