It works exactly as advertised - used it to hook up my printer on my desk, which is now far away from my docking station. No frills needed.

I needed 2 of these (1) for my printer to hook nicely up to my computer (that I keep in my closet next to my computer) and (2) to connect my Vinyl record player to the PC to output sound. Both serve a very important purpose and both connections have no issues. I'm able to print without problem and able to listen to my record player, again without any problem. The cables that come from this website/company/whatever are very well made. And I will keep coming back to buy more whenever I need it.

I acquired this cable to get rid of the pukey-colored one that came with my UPS. Thanks for satisfying my OCD need to have all black cables, even black ethernet cables. The Onix aux cables so far have been the only major dud among Monoprice cables.
