Yes. They come packaged separately - and I think around 2.5" long thereabouts.

Are the speaker tubes be filled with sand?

BEST ANSWER: Hi, yes, you can isolate your speakers from unwanted resonances by filling the hollow tubes with either sand, kitty litter, or lead shot.

Can they be used without the spikes? It looks like the spikes attach on the same angle as the leg - would you be able to screw in some flat feet for a hardwood floor or no?

For the 24” stand, the diagram shows that’s the length of just the leg. What’s the overall height including the square platform on top? Does this height include spikes? How much shorter will it be without spikes (probably can’t use them on my hardwood floor)?

Monolith easel style speaker stands
Attractive, sturdy, easily assembled and holds my speakers securely. A good deal for the price.

Excellent stands
Excellent stands and I filled them with rice. Bought some pucks for the spikes since they have to be moved occasionally. Very affordable and got here before the estimated shipping time. I am using them with my Quad Revela 1. Bought the 24 inch ones since that's what's recommended for the speakers.
