I purchased the Stitch Outdoor 2-outlet plug to replace the Stitch Power Strip, Item #34082 which I use to control my couch end table lights and bed night table lights on either side. I have had 2 power strips fail after about 2 years and I see that they are no longer sold by Monoprice. Even though this outdoor smart plug has only 2 outlets, it serves my purpose -- I just wonder how long it will last, given the failures of the Power Strips that had 4 outlets. I have given it 4 stars because although it now works well, Stitch products overall are not as reliable as I would like. Here's hoping for its continued service.

Use it for outdoor lighting - great device connected easily and within 3 minutes I was up and running and I will purchase more of these - thanks monoprice!

I bought two of these for Christmas lights. Both have worked flawlessly so far, and love that I can control it from the app even when I'm away from home. The app sometimes takes a bit to connect, but not an issue for the way I use it since I just have a schedule set most of the time. Seem to be pretty sturdy construction - I expect them to hold up well for years. Good price point for the quality.

Have box turtles that are outside in the summer but moved to an inside aquarium for the winter.
I use this Stitch to schedule timing for the aquarium heat and light.

Easy setup and working as expected.

I was hoping to use the "smart" feature of this timer, however, when I went to the Play store to download the app, I was informed that the app version is not compatible with newer versions of Android. Sooo....sending them back...

I like the idea but haven't been able to make them work. When I have more time I might try again but after 15 minutes of trying and getting no results I reached the end of the attempt.

It's a great concept and just what I wanted but I just can't get it to work yet!
