I just received this and connected, but when I check my AMD Radeon settings it says "Freesysnc Not Supported" and there is no option to turn it on. Does this not support Freesync?

What determines which input's audio is sent to the analog and optical audio outputs? Is it always the sound going to OUT 1 or OUT 2?

BEST ANSWER: I can't speak to the optical, but the analog audio output us coupled to OUT 1, and be aware that analog audio only transmits when the EDID is set with with 2 channel output. (At least that is my experience.)

Hi can I use this to connect an Xbox Series X, and a PS5 over 4K120Hz via HDMI to my TV while also sending Dolby Atmos to my AV receiver via HDMI (that can’t handle 4K120, but can handle Atmos)? The optical will downmix to 5.1 so I am interested in HDMI outs for both video at 4K120 and audio at Atmos. I will only be using either the PS5 or the XBSX at any time.

Thank you for your inquiry. This setup should work without an issue as long as the HDMI cable to the TV and consoles supports 4k120 as well as the TV supports 4k120. The audio should have no issues being extracted to the AV Receiver via Optical.

Will it work with two monitors that have two different outputs. HDMI 2.1 48gbps and HDMI 2.1 24gbps?

BEST ANSWER: Hi, if you are referring to 2 monitors with 2 different HDMI connections, yes, this will work. However, if you are referring to the audio port, you can only choose between optical or the L/R port. I hope this helps.
