What is the size of this shade when it's packed up in its carrying case? Wondering if it'll fit into carry-on luggage.

Finally got a chance to put this to the test over a couple weekend days at the beach. It is big, but not too big. I would say you can comfortably seat three adults in beach chairs underneath.
It is easy to transport, and it folds up into a very compact and lightweight carrying case with shoulder strap (included).
It has HUGE corner pockets for filling up with sand. I would suggest having a scoop or a shovel with you, or you could be there for a while filling them up.
It does take two people to get it stood up properly with the poles, but it is definitely easy to do so.
It was fairly windy both days, and we never had a stability problem. It won't hold up under gale-force winds, but it doesn't need to.
Finally, it's also super-easy to disassemble and pack up. Just turn the corner pockets inside out, fold up the poles, and stuff the whole thing back in the carrying case.
