BEST ANSWER: On a Windows 10 Machine: 1)Control Panel 2)Sound Icon 3)Playback tab 4) Listed as: Speakers MP43905 set your default as DEFAULT DEVICE OR DEFAULT COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE /// on same sound box, Recording tab, you can set your MIcrophone setting. I make my settings through the control panel/under Sound as above but the device also shows up in Bluetooth devices but I don't make any settings there. The headset works great for me on SKYPE. Make sure device is paired before you make any settings

I use them with my PS5, Desktop Computer, and Laptop and it works flawlessly on all of them. The USB dongle needs to be plugged into the PS5., it also works on all the computers that I have, including my Chromebook that requires a USB A to USB-C adapter.

No. Xbox does not support standard audio over USB or Bluetooth audio, so this headset can not be used wirelessly with Xbox.

Does this headset support using the mic and full-quality/stereo playback simultaneously? (e.g. gaming with voice chat or discord) Many BT headsets only use the "phone" profile when using the mic, resulting in low-quality mono playback sound.

BEST ANSWER: This headset comes with a USB Dongle as well. I have not attempted to connect it to multiple devices at this point. But I am sure the capability does exist with headset.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can hear yourself talking, but it is interference-free. Al;so incoming voices and music are excellent sound quality. This is an incredibly good headset. I use it for zoom meetings and online foreign language classes where it is important to hear and transmit clearly.

Are these headphones integrated with Zoom, Teams, etc. so that when you click the mute button you show as muted in the meeting (and unmute shows you unmuted)?

Best kept secret in town
A superb wireless headset with an excellent mic at a superb price. The same quality headset is being sold for 3x and 4x the price elsewhere. Do it!

Great value while discounted.
These were great value at 29.99 during the holidays. Going back to their original price makes it less easy to recommend to other parents when they ask what gaming headset I bought for my son.

Good value headphones
Works as advertised. Good isolation thru mic. Battery life lasts through an entire 8 - 9 hour work shift. Pretty comfortable even when wearing for long periods.

Disappointing sound quality
Clunky interface for switching audio sources and nasty squeal in the background when paired through Bluetooth. Reminded one of the days of short wave radio
Originally purchased for online meetings but sound quality not good enough so returned for refund. For the price, they were not up to the job

Microphone a let down
Very comfortable decently sounding headset with multiple ways to connect to your source.
Pros:
1. Comfortable, around ear headphones, with decent soundstage.
2. Power wise, can go all day without running out of battery.
3. 3-ways to connect, BT, proprietary radio (with supplied USB dongle) and analog.
Cons:
1. Microphone is a great let down. Additional boom microphone connected and positioned properly, unable to get more than 15% volume. Built-in mic gets around 30% volume. Mic doesn't work with Analog connection (used the supplied 4 conductor 3.5mm connector cable).
2. Mute button is on the boom mic. So, no mute facility with built-in mic.
3. Mute status doesn't on MS Teams. Mute on/off gives audible alert but same tone used for both, so you cannot say for sure if you are muting or coming off mute.
Conclusion: Someone was drunk at wheel while designing this. Tons of options and great battery life, could have been a Steller product for office use but a complete let down due to the cons.

Amazing Sound Quality and High Quality Fit
This headset is extremely comfortable for long sessions of work and gaming using the USB 2.4ghz dongle, and connecting to my iPhone (via bluetooth) for listening to music. Very lightweight overall, with soft/cushy ear cups and headband. Highly adjustable fit and foldable into a compact form factor for travel.
Sound quality is amazing for the price, and the vibration feature adds to the experience during gaming and any music with deep bass. Boom mic works well with a convenient mute button.
