Since it’s not “rated” as safe by any regulatory agency, I would have to say no! Mine stayed outdoors all winter and didn’t suffer any ill effects. EXTREMELY durable‼️The flow rate is a little less than I had expected but overall I’m very happy with the purchase.
If you want safe outdoor drinking water, look for hoses labeled "drinking water safe" or "lead-free." These are often made of polyurethane or rubber and meet National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) safety standards.

Nothing on it suggested that it was. If that is a must, I would go to an RV supply store, they have hoses specifically for drinking water to refill the fresh water tanks.

I was saddened to learn that the connectors are made from aluminum! If you screw these hoses together without Teflon tape you will never get them apart
