Do they have a built in microphone?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, but the microphone isn’t very good. I’ve tried using these for phone calls a few time and have always gotten complaints that the other person can’t hear me. They are decent earbuds for listening to music but the microphone isn’t useful.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, I often use just one of them without any issues. I only take the one I am going to use out of the charging box, and I have used the left and the right one alone without issues.

I have the TWE4 and I think this is a major flaw. It's really difficult to re-sync since it's constantly trying to sync with each other (L+R) as well as the source. I wish they would disable the ability to use them independently since all the controls are on the left earbud and the right one is the one that syncs first with the source which renders you without control.

Both sides support a double-tap touch control for pause, answer a call, hang up a call. That is all. There are no other functions for volume up or down, next or previous audio track etc...

How to reset and connect it to a 2nd device?

BEST ANSWER: You have to delete the connection on the device rather than the headphones.
You can connect the headphones to as many devices as you like. You just have to manage the connection on your device. For instance, turn off bluetooth on your phone, unpair the device, or select a different audio ouput if you want another device to use it.

I’m not certain if I know the answer. I didn’t know the earphones could be reset. Mine connect to my IPhone and two IPads one at a time and I’ve never had to do a “reset”. The Idevices seem to connect automatically once they are identified by the connecting/mating devices and Bluetooth is enabled.

It seems these go to sleep if they are not being used. Then they shut off completely and will not start again until placed in the case.
How long is 'sleep', and how long before it shuts off completely?
Is there any way to start them again once turned off without putting them back in the case? Tapping does not work.

BEST ANSWER: They don’t sleep. They power down after 5 minutes. You have to put them in the case for a few seconds to reset them.

Are these IPX5 or IPX4? The description says IPX5, but the box they came in says IPX4.

Hey, these things really work!
Outstanding value, particularly if you get them 2 for $25. If your phone has Bluetooth 5.0 or later, you can connect both pairs at the same time for double the listening pleasure.

Great value.

Good sound, very basic controls, good intro TWS set
For 14 bucks, these have some decent sound to them. They kind of remind me of the 9927 IEMs that Monoprice sells. Something that is very inexpensive but able to surprise with far better than expected sound. Sound isolation is good and they fit well in my tiny ears with very little to no discomfort. The controls are very basic. Double tap to pause music, or double tap to answer the phone. Like pretty much any bluetooth TWS earbuds, the microphones are somewhat meh but workable. I mostly use these for work, for conference calls since we have to be on camera. The headsets they give us are clunky and fall off my ear all the time. So far, so good.

Operated well for couple weeks, then one earpiece volume dropped off
Volume of one earpiece dropped to about 20% of the other one. Other than that they are as advertised.

Don't leave home without the case...
I had these for a couple months and was very disappointed in them. First if you pause play (the only command the can do) for more than a couple minutes they will power down and there is no way to turn them back on with out the case which I don't carry on my walks. I got to were if I needed then off to talk with someone I would just turn my phone volume down, which wasn't always that easy. The sound quality is so so. I would, and did, go with the next up IIIP 38542 which has full control and under $30 and they have a much better sound quality.
