When only one of the port is used, is this able to output 45W Power Delivery (for a laptop, for example)?

BEST ANSWER: No: on my unit, the port closest to the LED always has a maximum of 18W and the other port has a maximum of 27W, even if only one is connected at a time. However, the 27W port charges my ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 AMD just fine unless I'm really maxing out the CPU. Of course, it does take longer to charge than when using the 65W Lenovo adapter, but it also stays cooler and puts less of a strain on my 12V system.
