It did just what it's supposed to do and what I needed...powering two items using only one outlet that were further away from the outlet.

I am using it to power a tv and fire stick that were close to 8 feet away from an outlet. The tv is wall mounted but the outlet was closer to the floor. This allowed me to run the cabling a lot neater than otherwise would've allowed and also not have to mount a surge protector to the wall near the tv. All of us in this day in age need more outlets b/c we're powering so many things and a lot of those things come with 'power bricks'. This type of product helps.

It was as indicated. Perfect for my application.
