Does MonoPrice have a template for printing the labels via a computer?

BEST ANSWER: As far as a template for printing labels, MonoPrice would have the answer. I only use the numbering to map my cables so I didn't have a need to label them. I think it can easily measure the physical patch panel and create a template that would fit.

Does this panel come with pass-through coupler keystones or IDC punchdown ones? The photos show pass-through couplers and the description says IDC.
