I bought this cable to replace my standard Xfinity supplied HDMI cable. After I ordered it, I read in a review that the monoprice cable was less flexible than most cables. The reason for this is that it is about 7.5 mm thick compared to the 5 mm thickness of the Xfinity cable. My concerns were that it might not be flexible enough for my use, as the HDMI outlet on my TV that I wanted to use is located on the side and the cable must bend down and around to my cable box. My concerns were unfounded, as I was able to pre-bend the cable and maintain the bend with a velcro strap. It appears to be a high quality cable. You just have to take into account the cable's extra thickness and stiffness when installing it so that it isn?t in an area where it can be bumped into and damage the HDMI connector of your device.

Right length, color and price for HDMI switch.

A great cable at a great price. The color selection makes it distinctive and the picture quality is comparable to major brands.

Excellent HDMI cable at bargain basement price. Bought on for my Blu-Ray player and one for Apple TV. Picked up this third (extra) because the price was too good to pass up.

Replaced these Cat 6 cables and noticed an immediate improvement in my Roku, and stored video reception.

My experience is that the Monoprice HDMI cables are an excellant buy. You can't beat the price. And best of all, I have sound system/TV that requires 5 DHMI cables and have color coded them for each unit. In addition I have pasted a small peice of colored paper corresponding to the color of the cable that plugs into that particular unit. I have purchased cables long enough that each unit can moved forward to check the cables without have to pull the whole entertainment unit away from the wall. This is paramount as I have a fire place that sits atop of the entertainment unit and is a bear to move away from the wall w/o a second man to assist me.

I have different colors of these all over the house and they always work great. But I think these green ones are actually faster...... Just kidding. Love these cables, great buy!!
