What do I put inside of this so I can actually hang my files? Disappointed there isn't a way to hang files already.

BEST ANSWER: Hi, the bottom drawers are designed to hang the longer legal folder sizes. To use with the shorter letter-sized folders, you can add product 39848 to provide a rail to hang the shorter folders. Or stand-alone hanging folder rails that fit inside drawers could work too.

The bottom drawer uses A4 size hanging file folders, not legal or letter. Harder to find in the US but still available online.

Are the drawer handles removable? I am looking to replace them with another color of metal.

BEST ANSWER: Yes,. To access the screws that hold the handles with which the unit comes you must first remove a plastic cap set over each. Each screw is recessed a few millimeters, however, leaving a space between the inside of the drawer and the outer surface of the unit. If you don't use a screwdriver with a magnetized tip and should lose a screw in that small space, it would be well nigh impossible to retrieve it. On the other hand, each screw is -probably- long enough not to make such a loss likely...

Had to look at it. They are. Little cover that has to come off but it's just the usual screw holding it on under that.

any chance this will tip over when pulling out bottom drawer with have files in it?

BEST ANSWER: I don't think so. I just pulled out the drawer and leaned on it very heavily. It gave no inkling whatsoever that it would tip. The cabinet is long which helps.

What does the back look like? Is it also steel?

BEST ANSWER: The back is solid metal (same material as drawers and sides) & flat sunken in maybe a quarter inch from the rounded shell that wraps around the unit.

Are the drawers full suspension - i.e. do they extend all the way out?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The bottom and largest drawer does extend all the way. The top two drawers extend about 75% of the way out.

Great storage solution for sit/stand desk setup
I was a little skeptical of the quality of these before ordering but no need to worry, these are of good quality and offer great storage . I bought two for both sides of my new sit/stand desk setup. I keep my printer on one. The casters work out well and make them easy to move to clean. My only complaint is that the drawer for the files has rails to hang folders sideways and not facing front. I had to purchase a couple of hanging folder racks that dropped in. Otherwise I am very pleased with the decision to purchase these.

not bad but limited functionality
Good things first.:
- No Assembly required.
- Very good packaging, very low risk of getting damaged during shipping.
Bad thing:
- I ordered a lot of Workstream products by now. Most of them (about 2/3) seem to be returns from other customers. The taped shut packaging, weird placement of items and other indicator showed this.
- Does not fit hanging folders. There is a loose piece of metal in one of the two I ordered. It does not fit anywhere. No manual, no packing list, no "what in the box" neither with the parts nor online.
- Each of the two roller files came with a pencil holder inlay. It fit nice into one of them, not the other one.
- No Assembly required.
