will this work for a Samsung frame tv ?
A shopper
on May 7, 2020
BEST ANSWER: All I can say is I think so. I bought it to take to Spain with me for my Samsung 65” and it is on its way there with my household things. Most frames have standard mounting brackets these days, and I trust Monoprice to have my back.

how does the tv attach to the tv mount?
A shopper
on Nov 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The black horizontals attach to the vesa holes on the back of the TV. There are two locking collars that slide on the vertical tube and are attached to those bars so the TV can rotate. The height is adjusted by the bottom stop ring. All hardware for any size of holes, as well as spacers to allow for cables, is included. Very easy, Put the legs on, slip on the bottom ring, attach bars to TV with collars and tighten into place.

The two (2) horizontal bar is the two removable mounting bars. Most TV come with standard VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) interface, and this mount is compatible with VESA interface up to 600x400, which is standard for TV 45" to 65". Mounting screws are provided.

Is there a way to mount a sound bar along with the tv?
A shopper
on Jul 25, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I would look at using either of these sound bar mounts,
Part # 39489 or part # 15265 and place between the tv and mount. NOTE: by doing this you may need longer screws than what is provided in either kit.
I do absolutely love the easel tv stand. I currently have a 43" Sony mounted on it. It is very solid, but I wouldn't recommend anything larger than a 55" for balance/stability reasons

Get a sound bar attachment bracket ~USD17 from Amazon/eBay. You can adjust the height of the tv to accommodate the sound bar underneath the tv. Alternative is get an attachment bracket for mounting it on the top of the tv (less eye pleasing). Hope this helps!

Any recommendations of how to use (where to place) a soundbar with this setup?
A shopper

BEST ANSWER: You could probably use the Monoprice Universal Soundbar Bracket located at https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=39489 . Note that I didn't use the bracket as I had a more complicated setup with surround sound. But, I am very pleased with the Studio Easel Fixed Tripod TV Stand.

I would recommend you search on Google or Amazon for a soundbar TV attachment rather than an attachment to the tripod stand. It is important that you be mindful of the weight. The TV stand is quite sturdy but is not able to exceed the weight of a 65" thin bezel TV. Hope this helps!

BEST ANSWER: I looked pretty closely at mine and see no evidence of a cord management system. Still, I think it’s important to add how much we love this stand. It perfectly fills the niche situation when there is no option for wall or tabletop stand mounting. It was a lifesaver for us.

The specs are correct, there is no integrated cord management. There is no slot in the base to hide the cords. The legs are solid wood and have no grooves in them. The upper frame is metal, but has not slots or grooves to guide any cables.

Impressive Stand
Everything about this TV stand is impressive. Very well packaged for shipping. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box when I received it. Finish on wooden legs and metal pieces was immaculate. Quick and easy hand assembly for the tripod. All hardware necessary for mounting any size TV is included in several labelled bags. The assembly instructions show how to use the mounting hardware. You just need to choose the hardware which works for your TV. Take your time with this.
Everything that I have written may sound basic and obvious but that is what impressed me the most overall. No complaints or issues and having a high quality elegant design for a TV stand.
