Is there a problem with phantom power with this cable?

BEST ANSWER: There shouldn't be, it's a standard three-conductor shielded mic cable with XLR connectors. I'm using mine to run from my mixer to my powered cabinets and it works fine.

I haven't had any issues. Use the 50ft to power a condenser mic. Did a direct comparison with another cable and got a very slightly cleaner signal through this one.

Will these work for powered speakers to a powered mixer?

BEST ANSWER: They will work between the line outputs of your powered mixer (if it has XLR outputs) to the line in on your powered speakers (again, if the speaker has an XLR input). It will not carry power from the powered mixer outputs…

Yes, but make sure your output and input match (don't try to connect a line-level output to a mic-level input).

Really good cables
These are good quality cables. Tested all 5 in studio for noise...none of them went above -70dB noise floor. Used them for one remote recording session so far with no issues. Build quality is good, connections snap tight and feel solid. I would purchase more of these if needed.

Great cables!
These are great cables at a great price. I purchased 2-50ft cables and they work great. Cable is very flexible for running the long distance I needed from stage to amps through flash ceilings.
