does it come with a charger?
BEST ANSWER: It comes with a cable that plugs into a wall charger, much like a phone would connect. The actual wall charger is not included. It can also plug into a USB port on a PC.
Are these compatible with apple products?
BEST ANSWER: I use these with my iPhone7 all day long. Great headphones for the price. Only complaint is the noise canceling has a separate power switch and can be left on after you turn off Bluetooth. Not a big deal but I could imagine if you forget to turn both off you could kill the battery and not know it till you go to use them again. I’d buy these again
Does this have a built-in microphone?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, plus Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP profiles, so you can take phone calls.
how to activate Noise Cancelling features?
BEST ANSWER: The product manual states that the headphones must be powered ON for the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) feature to function. Turning the ANC on and off is done with a slide button that is on the right earpiece and separate from the other controls on the left.
Do these come with a storage or carrying case? If so, is there a picture of it somewhere?
BEST ANSWER: Its on their website below in the details section. Like it would have been less work to look for the image than ask this question...
If you plug them in with a 3.5 mm jack cable, do they take the power from the source from which the cable is plugged in or will it still use it's own battery for power?
BEST ANSWER: Noise cancelling will use the battery, but they will work fine with noise cancelling turned off, and that does not require battery power.
Are these good for working out?
BEST ANSWER: I haven't worked out with these, but from how it fits over head, I would assume probably not, it would probably slip out with movement.
what is assessment of ANC feature?
BEST ANSWER: The ANC is not as good as a Bose QC II, but it is surprisingly good with no eardrum-stretching pumping with with sudden impulses. I can use these to listen to podcast dialog at normal volumes while pushing a lawnmower. Impossible with ANC turned off, even though the cups provide reasonably good sound isolation by themselves.
How do I tell if the power switch is on?
BEST ANSWER: There are essentially two power switches. The power switch for the ANR is the sliding switch on the right ear cup, (toward the top is on). If this is on (and the headphones are charged) a green LED will light on the right ear cup. The power switch for the bluetooth is the round button on the left ear cup. This is a multi function button, but if bluetooth is on, there will be a blue LED light on the left ear cup. If bluetooth is in pairing mode, then this LED will flash red/blue.
Do you think these headphones would be able to block enough noise of a gas lawn mower to be able to hear music?
BEST ANSWER: Probably. I flew to London and back and they blocked out the engine noise very well. They work good with steady constant sound but when a baby on the plane screamed out , well, just ouch. The random sound will get through. But a steady drone will be pleasantly muted. Well worth the price. I recommend them especially at their low price.. They reproduce music and movies great.
does this flip out into a shape like the letter omega (Ω) the way (wired) Sennheiser 280s do? my kingdom for bluetooth headphones that don't press the ear cups on my neck when hanging around my neck.
BEST ANSWER: Sort of - they do not fold vertically to make the omega shape, but the ear cups do rotate 90 degrees laterally to lie flat in the same plane as the headband, so they are not in the way of my chin like other models can be when worn around the neck.
Will these work for people who wear glasses?
BEST ANSWER: These are a little tight on the edges so they will push your glasses a little bit. It really depends on the type of glasses you have too. If the temples are flat, you will feel it a bit more than if the temples are round. The noise cancellation on these headphones are not that great but overall, I would recommend these headphones.
can these be used as wired headphones?
BEST ANSWER: Yes they can. I was on a flight and had issues with my bluetooth connection with my tablet. I switched to the 3.5mm connection and they worked great the rest of the flight, with the ANC turned on.
CAN THESE HEADPHONES BE USED FOR A WIRELESS TV?
BEST ANSWER: I am able to pair this headphone with my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K using Bluetooth, so I would think if your TV has bluetooth, it should work also.
Will these headphones work on a Bluetooth system for watching tv?
BEST ANSWER: I use the headphones to listen to my TV. Since the TV does not have Bluetooth built in, I initially paired it with my Amazon Fire Stick, which worked great. I then bought an August MR270 Low Latency Bluetooth Transmitter which is fed from the optical output on the TV. Again it works great.
Do these headphones have a microphone?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they do. I use them for phone calls and video chats at work. Note that if you're using the mic to talk, the sound quality of what you hear is reduced (all pre-Bluetooth 5.0 headphones have this issue). It's really only a problem if you want to use that for something like in-game chat though.
Do these headphone fold compactly for storage similar to the noise cancelling Bose Brand?
BEST ANSWER: I don't know the bose so I can't compare but they do fold nicely. Sound is great, noise cancelation works well. Only complain is that the band broke in the middle, but only the plastic. Under it is a metal band which cannot break so the headphones are as functional as they were. I was not particularly rough with them so I believe they are weak there. But overhaul I love these, would buy again.
Can you use these to watch TV with?
BEST ANSWER: Not with any TV I have. The TV would have to have a Bluetooth transmitter for audio. You could get an add-on Bluetooth transmitter for the TV, though.
How do these headphones connect with a non Bluetooth tv?
BEST ANSWER: They have a 3.5mm audio plug and come with a M-M cable you can use on anything with a headphone jack.
Do any of your wireless headphones have an sd reader for pre-recorded podcasts?
BEST ANSWER: The BT300ANC does not have this., but you can pair it with a cell phone and achieve the same goal.
Can the user replace the lithium battery?
BEST ANSWER: No they cannot.
Do these become external speakers? Do these become external speakers? When I don’t want to use them headphones
BEST ANSWER: no.
do you need a cable when using in an airplane ? The cable gets tangled up especially when you get on and off your seat. What I need is complete wireless. Are the airplane jacks even have bluetooth capability?
BEST ANSWER: They work off of bluetooth. If your plane has Bluetooth, then no wires needed. I haven't been on a domestic flight that has had Bluetooth connectivity so keep that in mind.
How many decibels does it reduce?
BEST ANSWER: I don’t know the number of decibels, but I use it to mow the grass on my zero turn and they significantly reduce the noise. They make it comfortable to listen, though I can still hear the mower in the background. Hope that helps!
