I was skeptical of what this would look like before purchasing but this can't be beat for the price. The finish is quite nice at this price point and it was easy to mount to the sit/stand desk frame that I purchased here as well. I did have to drill a couple of holes to mount the controls for the desk frame but that was my choice due to where I wanted the controller. It's easy to assemble and it fits together well with no gaps at the seams.

The composite was not as I expected. And there are not added screw inserts to the purchase to add new holes. Any suggestion for new screw holes?

So its a good desktop. But its not designed to fit with the dual motor desk frame that I got with the same order Product # 43563, UPC # 889028179277. There is no mention of it in the product page on which frames it is compatible with. However on the manual it clearly says the desk frames its compatible with. I didn't realize it until I unpacked and put the desktop together, and its a pain to disassemble and repack and return. Instead I attached 1x3 and screwed them to existing preattached nuts. And then screwed the deskframe to it. Lot of extra hours and money I had to spend

screw holes in top did not sign up with frame. otherwise good.
also had to buy separate casters , may be helpful option.

Nice overall, with a few issues... The pre-drilled holes do NOT line up with the dual-motor sit-stand desk from Monoprice. Also, I wish that I had purchase the 1-piece slab desktop, since the horizontal bars that connect the 3-piece desktop together also happen to get in the way if you want to install a pencil drawer on the front (and they cramp your style when installing some things underneath on the back as well).

It does look nice and is very functional.

I've had this for a month now and haven't had any problems so far.

Solid and durable. Wide enough for three monitors. Deep enough for a monitor, docking station, laptop, and keyboard. Enough space for work area on the sides.

Works with Monoprice desk frame 21590 - Workstream by Monoprice Sit-Stand Dual-Motor Height Adjustable Table Desk Frame, Electric.

Assembly was fairly straightforward but not perfect. The pre-drilled screw anchors are spaced just right for the Monoprice desk frame, but the screws included with the desktop are too short, and the screws included with the frame do not fit the anchors. Still, it was not hard to drill new holes and use the screws from the frame. The desktop would be ideal with an extra set of longer screws for thicker frames.

This desk does not fit the manual crank desk, the holes do not line up!!!! In the description it states it does fit the manual crank desk well it does with modification to the desk brackets... Another thing is the screws are to long and poke thru the other side, why sell something like this and the top is not that sturdy. I would maybe pay $34 for this not $84. Now I have a top with holes and chips in it from the long screws provided to mount the top to the desk with.
