Will this cable extend my short mouse wire?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it will, as long as your mouse wire is USB and not something older like PS/2. Just keep in mind that 10 feet is a fairly long distance and you might have to deal with excess cable length.

A necessary accessory
When you have a drawerful of cables but none are long enough, reach out for this. Bridge the gap between two not-quite-there connections. The quality is very good and the USB 3.0 specs mean that you won't sacrifice performance. Definitely a recommend.

Lovely cords
Use these to run a bunch of XBOX controllers and keyboard/mouse on my gaming machine, extending them to my couch. The braided covering is better than the earlier version of this cable I bought before that was plasic-covered, I like how it rolls into the hoop and doesn't tangle with other cables/stick. Solid connector
