Hey it’s speaker wire, it’s copper, it’s cheap, it’s the right gauge for my needs. Just buy it unless you believe all that hocus pocus stuff about premium cables, monster cables......etc. I don’t buy into all that mumbo jumbo.

I needed to wire my Home Theater system. I have a small living room and the 16 gauge was fine. I will probably purchase some banana plugs and some more speaker wire from Monoprice again.

Good quality. Plastic covering is soft and coils easily. I especially like the blue line the runs down one side so it is easy to identify that wire.

It's speaker wire. There aren't too many features to worry about. I got 5 rolls of 100ft and 3 of 50ft. I think it's a quality product at a good price. Happy with the decision to purchase.

This wire won't end any wars, but that's not what it's supposed to do. It's perfect if all you want it to do is transmit the electrical impulses required for sound to your speakers. But don't expect it to mend relations with North Korea, or improve the situation in Afghanistan or Yemen, because you will be sorely disappointed.

Nice speaker wire, on a spool that makes it easy to pull to run in walls. wire is clearly marked for polarity. Flexible jacket seems of good quality.
