Is there a way to mount a shelf below the bottom TVs?
A shopper
on Sep 23, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Hi, the frame is made of 4040 aluminium extrusions. It's standardized profile and can be organized into various configurations. You may be able to find a prefab table which can be directly bolted onto the 4040 frame, but in lieu of that you can search for 4040 t-nuts which will you allow you connect some boards directly to the frame itself. I hope that helps. You can find more information by searching for "4040 aluminum extrusion". Please note they do come in various sizes, 2020, 3030, and 4040 where the 20, 30 and 40 specify 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm sizes respectively. You'll want the 4040 version specifically.

The cart is very sturdy, yet light weight for its size. I had my neighbor make a shelf that fits on the bottom of the cart to put my computer and a few other items. You could also make a shelf that could go just below the tv’s. There are many ways to mount it to the cart

You could, but you would need some additional hardware (small steel anchors slide into the grooves along the aluminum beams and are secured with a bolt), or you would need to drill holes through the aluminum beams.

It depends on how far down the TVs are but technically should be able to mount one to the bottom cross beam by mounting a couple of brackets to it and then put your shelf on the brackets

Does this come with any type of traveling container? I need to use this at Trade Shows and need a durable way to keep it undamaged when transporting it.
A shopper
on Oct 31, 2022
BEST ANSWER: No, it does not come with any travel container or case. Keep in mind that it is larger than a refrigerator. I also bought this for a trade show, and I had to take it apart into 4 pieces (12 screws to remove) and transport it in the bed of a pickup truck. It is a nice stand, but you do need a creative way to transport it. The best way to haul it would be to roll it into a small enclosed trailer with a full-width loading ramp door on the back.

Its too big and weighs too much to travel with. It does not fold down. If you were going to a trade show it would be disassembled and reassembled at destination. This is a really nice model but I would not recommend it for traveling.

I wouldn’t describe this as transportable. It’s a very sturdy unit because it is all bolted together. It doesn’t fold up or anything like that. And the vertical members are 6’ long.

Can i mount a 65 inches TV on the top rack and two 32 inches at the bottom rack? Is it possible? If no, any recommend it?
A shopper
on Sep 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: You absolutely should be able to as the horizontal mounts are fully adjustable the entire length of the vertical supports. I would simply confirm the weight (which shouldn't be an issue) and confirm the mounting brackets themselves (which also shouldn't be an issue). I have (4x) 55" TCL 4k TV's and could easily do (6x) if I had a 3rd horizontal mount. I cannot recommend this purchase enough. I have it in my garage for college football weekends and it is a hit. Have fun!

The short answer is yes. However, in order to fit the 65" you will need to mount the horizontal bracket as high as possible so there is enough room for the 32" display's below. This will make the stand a bit top heavy so you need to be careful moving it around. I use my unit in a stationary situation w/ 4) 55" displays.

the only limitation you have is the height of the stand. you want to add the height of your 32 inch tv and the height of your 65 inch tv, and see if the mounting points fit in the vertical beams. your cross-beams are fully adjustable, so they shouldn't pose a problem for you. to answer your question, you should be fine.

Yes, it should not be an issue at all. You can adjust the vertical and horizontal location of the mounting points. So I can't see why there would be an issue for what you are trying to do.

BEST ANSWER: Depends what you are trying to do. If you're trying to create a single immersive curve out of two monitors, I wouldn't. If you're just putting two curves side by side for two viewers, yeah. it could work as long as your monitors are straight VESA mount points. Hope this helps.

Will this stand hold a single 75" display?
A shopper
on Aug 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This stand uses VESA standard mounts with patterns up to 600x400. If the mounting pattern on your display matches these standards the stand will easily support a single 75". The distance to the outside of the uprights is about 48". A typical 75" monitor is 65" wide. I have two of these units and find them very well made and quite stable.

I'm looking for a easy way to mount 2x2 42" screens on an actual wall. Spending time to level and align 4 or even 2 mounts would be better served elsewhere. Is it possible to remove the rolling base of this product and mount the vertical brackets to wall?

BEST ANSWER: You’d potentially need to mount the vertical silver braced to the wall possibly. I’d say your idea is possible but would require some fabrication to keep the screens level and square so it depends on your comfort with fabricating a solution. The black cross braces that hold the screens are designed to slide on channels down the silver, silver vertical structures so it’s not going to be a simple process.

I just recently purchased this and built it in my garage on the stand as I wanted it to be mobile. To your question, the cross bars are standard size and have 2 sets of holes drilled (4 each side) which could be used to connect them to the wall. As the diagram suggests they are ~48 inches apart. It might be difficult to hook the bar directly to the wall and mount to the studs. In the event you do, you would only be able to use two bolts per side but that should be more than enough. The issue you will run into has to do with the pieces that connect to the TV's. Those are not low profile. Two of the three adjustment knobs point directly back and would likely prevent you from mounting the TV's if the bars were flush. To see what I am talking about, look at the "Diagram" PDF. If I were looking to mount these to a wall and not the stand, I would first mount some 1 x 8 boards to the wall first, then the bars to those boards. The cross bars are 200 mm high and a 1 x 8 is ~184 MM high. Sorry to be long winded, hope this helped. Good luck to you. I could not be happier with my stand. Great product.

Solid & Mostly Very Well Built
Easy to build and parts seem very good. One fastener was mist-cast, but there was a spare. The only weak link is how the wheels are secured to the bottom. Don't think you are going to wheel this around on these wheels. This is not mean to be "portable". Those wheels are to move it in/out of place only. The wheels WILL bend if you hit a change of transition on the floor. I bent one wheeling the stand (with no monitors attached) from where I assembled it into the office. Which they had a 2' or 3' extension on this to offer a higher install.

Weak Caster Integration
The casters integration into the rails are poorly designed. All 4 of ours are bent after using it at 1 show. Two of these are bent to the point that it is not safe to keep using this product.
For a product that takes many hours to put together, this was quite a tragedy. Please stay away from this product if your intention is to use the wheels.

Good with one issue
Extremely good stand. Only issue was wheel mounts into bottom bars - they bent under weight of TVs (TVs were within weight tolerance) and thus the stand became hard to navigate as it was moved around as wheels caught. Bent wheels back into place - only small alignment problem now. Otherwise - works for exactly what we purchased it for.

ATM Merchant Systems Display
At the ATM Merchant Systems booth for the MJ BizCon 2021 Conference, the 2X2 Video Wall was a big hit. It caused a lot of people to stop at our booth for added information about both the Video Wall and all of our other product. I would definitely recommend this product.

Exactly what we needed for our trade show
Though it takes a bit of time to assemble, the video mount was perfect for our needs. The microadjusting mounting arms were helpful in getting all the screens flush. We were able to mount four 55 inch TVs.

Great purchase
The unit was very easy to put together, I have four TVs mounted and the adjustment screws made it very easy to get good alignment with all the panels. Overall I'm very happy with the unit.

Great value!
Great quality materials! Easy to assemble and very stout! A bit more assembly and thought required than for a single display rolling stand but not at all hard and instructions are adequate.
For the price I cannot imagine getting anything better -- the extruded aluminum is top notch and fit and finish is exactly what you'd want for a potentially very heavy load (commercial displays are not anything like consumer displays -- much heavier).
