I noticed a change in this last order and my first, I ordered the exact same part number only to change spools in the middle of my print and ruin my print, this act more like traditional ABS than the ABS+ which i tweaked all my settings for... the previous material printed into a semigloss and this prints extremely flat in sheen, the layer strength is highly different and the plastic spool its rolled onto even appears different, but both are part number 15848. Was their a change in production or did I recieve a mislabeled product?

Waste of money no matter how cheap it is. Run away.
The worst filament I have ever used. I am not a rookie, I have been 3D printing for three years, almost exclusively printing with ABS for 2.5 of those years, with a highly modified Ender 3 in a heated enclosure. I've had less issue printing nylons than I did with this garbage.
Absolutely awful adhesion at 270C -- my standard ABS print temperature -- with prints falling apart at the layer lines just removing parts from the bed. Cranking the hotend to 290C helped but layer adhesion is still bad, and I'm reluctant to try cranking the nozzle temps any higher. Terrible shrinkage within the prints after finally getting layers to stick together, resulting in voids and gaps even when printed with "all walls" or 100% infill. Cranking the extrusion multiplier in the slicer helped, as did adjusting the flow multiplier, but neither entirely eliminated that issue, not each one alone and not with both adjustments combined either.
I still have two unopened spools of the three I ordered, and I'm probably just going to throw them out so nobody else has to suffer with this junk the way I have suffered.

ABS
If you're looking for ABS this is great, a bit high on the melt temp but good end product. If you're buying this with your first 3D printer, don't. Go buy some PLA (here at MP, of course) and learn the ropes on that then move on to ABS if it has something you need. Turns out PLA would have been great for everything I do without the chemical smell.

Pretty good.
Adheres well at 250c onto PVA glue coated Kapton with an 80c bed. In open air without a part cooling fan it does reasonably well, and there's relatively little layer separation. Would probably do better in an enclosure but i don't have one to test.
The roll I got had a couple brittle points in it - nothing that caused a print to fail but they did break during handling.
