Can the side arms be swung forward when a monitor is mounted in the center? It appears that the arms would hit the center monitor.

BEST ANSWER: With Dell 24" monitors installed and no space between bezels, I have mine set with approximately 20 degrees of angle. You can easily move the outside monitors out farther and get more angle. the picture in the description with the arms forward is easily achievable with my 24's and the outside mounts have an additional 5" they can still move.

They do hit the center monitor inhibiting movement. If you have a smaller center monitor it would be better, but even with that, I have been able to get the ones on the sides to turn enough though despite the arms not swinging super far.

I have 28" monitors on it and they will meet the edges of the center monitor after swinging the sides to angle them toward you. It's not an ideal angle but for the price I'm ok with positioning less critical applications toward the ends.

They will hit the center monitor.
You may swing the arms forward to the extent that the arms don't hit the center monitor.
In the case of a widescreen center monitor, this would be very limiting.

You would have better luck with 24 inches monitors doing this. I have 6 each 27 inch monitors and yes that does happen...at this point, I would prefer smaller screens...but nice unit

I want to mount 2 32 inch monitors each on the 4 outer mounts leaving the 2 in the middle , is that possible?
SUNIL S
on Jul 10, 2021
BEST ANSWER: I believe it should work. I have six 30" monitors, which fit fairly tight. But if you are leaving the two center ones out, that should give you more than enough space for four 32" monitors on the outer two bars.

Yes, the mounts are adjustable. However, if you move them to far forward the mount stand will tip forward. Just make sure you don't move the arms all the way forward.

BEST ANSWER: The arms are linked, but I would recommend placing one monitor on the right arm, and one on the left. Depending on the size, it may work out nicely. I personally have 3 19" monitors on the lower arms, and 2 27" monitors on the top arms, and it works pretty well.

Do it can manage on the bottom row 2 monitor 34" Curved UltraWide with 3 27" on the top row ?
New User U
on May 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It should be possible, but check that your monitors will fit the post height, which is 29.5 inches. See if the bottom of your 34" screen to the top of the vesa mount of your top screen fits that. Each Arm length is 30", check that the two wide monitors are less than 60" apart measuring outer VESA mount point to outer VESA mount point.

The angle for the two outside monitors is not enough for me with 24" monitors. I have to sit 4 feet away from the center monitor for the outside monitors to be centered toward my head. right now they are centered at my shoulders when I sit 2 1/2 feet away. If there was a some type of way to bump the outside monitors out somehow with some type of spacer...perhaps an inch?, the desired angle could be achieved. For the price its a great deal, I just need to get those monitors angled in a bit more.

I have the Quad Monitor Pyramid Mount (Product # 15708) which looks like the Hex (Product #15709) without the upper arms. Two of my monitors started having issues and I purchased replacement monitors for them. It turns out the source of the issue were the external power supplies which were easily replaceable. I now have more monitors that the Quad can mount. Is there an upgrade to change the Quad into the Hex? As indicated earlier, it appears the only difference is the addition of the upper arms. And no, I am not interested in purchasing a whole new Hex mount. It is not in my budget.

Great Six Monitor Stand
Works perfectly! It is very stable and none of my six twenty-seven inch monitors sag. It also has a nice cable management system in the back.

Hex Mount
Happy with the display for sure , this is not my first hex mount and like the others aligning them all with no spaces between the monitors is nearly impossible or at the least extremely tedious. Overall was easy to put together though. The base is large and takes up most of my desk but does not interfere with my keyboard or mouse.

Solid. Sturdy. Stable.
Excellent product. Arrived ahead of schedule. All parts well made and fit properly. Stand is extremely sturdy. No need to clamp it to the desk. There is some sag at the far end of the arms so the outside monitors are slightly below the level of the middle monitors. You might consider adding some support for the arms as they may continue to sag over time. Overall would highly recommend.

Mediocre
Does not support sufficient weight of my monitors. Recommend sturdier material to manufacturer. Assembly took longer than it should have, if it was repackaged in a better way it would have taken less time.

Flawed
The monitor arms need plastic spacers to help them hold on to the pole, so when you adjust the hight of an arm, the top space pops out and is extremely hard to get back in to place. That reduce the holding grip of the arm by atleast half.
I would return this on this flaw alone but it get worse.
The high adjustment of each monitor mount is almost permanent if you could loose and reset them.
Mine wasn't assembled correctly, each monitor mount has a metal sides in the top and bottom of the arms. On mine each bottom slide wasn't in place and I waste a lot of time moving and installing them.
The should be a hing at the middle point of the arms for more adjustability.
For the overall quality of the parts and assembly of this stand I would say give this one a pass.

Rock solid stand
This stand worked out perfectly. I attached 6 UHD 27" monitors to this beast and it is truely solid. It is sitting on top of a sit/stand desk and during movement is solid as a rock.
I ended up mounting a 7 outliet power strip to the poll with zip-ties which worked out perfectly for the power needed for 6 monitors.
Would definitely recommend this stand to anyone interested in this much desktop real estate!

Exceeded Expectations
6 monitor mounts are not cheap and the prices vary by large amounts. Once I received all my monitors, it was a simple process to install all the monitors and get them set up as I wanted. I would highly recommend. The only complaint would not be about the product, but with the pictures. The base of this thing takes up a lot of real estate and the picture doesn't do it justice.

It does the job
This is the first one I've used.
I was surprised at how sturdy it is since it cost so much less than others. It went together easily and it supports the 6 24" monitors easily.
The only thing I could wish for would be a joint in the middle of the arms. Getting the monitors to wrap around the viewer would be easier that way. As it is, the monitors don't wrap around quite as much as I would like, but then that's me.
If you want a flat display of six monitors this is great.
