I use them to patch from POE switch to patch panel, jack to phone and phone to computer.
I am currently using these for any POE device without issue so far.
Phones, cameras, AP and access control devices are working without issue.
I have not had any failures.

The concern would be using thinner wire in PoE + and higher applications and in large bundles. There might be a concern about the capability of the thinner wire being able to carry higher power and the created heat that might be a problem.

I use these to patch High POE AXIS cameras and standard POE Ubiquity radios. There probably would be a distance limitation due to the small diameter wires used in the cable, but I am not seeing any issues with up to 10 foot patch cables.

Very nice cables.
I like the flexibility and the fact that they don't obscure my view of my network switches.

Can't beat quality and price
I have used over well over 100 of these patch cables. Some on 10 gig ports. No failures. Quality of connectors is excellent. Really works well in high density racks to save space and eliminate patch cable madness.

SlimRun CAT6A Cables
These are very versatile cables. I use them all the time and their 'thinness' is welcome over the big bulky CAT6A cables. I keep all lengths on hand, as it seems I'm always replacing the numerous switches in my shop, home office and other locations throughout our house. If I upgrade a router or switch, the cables are replaced as well with these SlimRuns from MP.

A must have for dense racks
I have purchased over 500 of these cables in the last few months and only had one cable that was bad. It was missing an end. The rest of them are working perfectly for everything from 10GB Ethernet in my server racks to 1GB PoE in my IP phone racks. I have Cisco and Mitel phones running on these. I have Unifi cameras and WAPs running also. No issues yet. And my wiring looks fantastic. These things make dense 48 port 1U switches so much easier to use. You can also cut down your wire management from 2U to 1U saving you valuable rack space! I also like how flexible these are. For how little they cost, I am working on replacing every patch cable in my closets with these. I have also been putting them on the desktop side also. Users like the flexible cords on their desk phones.
