whats best gauge to wire 3000 square foot office for simple audio in doctor office?

BEST ANSWER: Gauge largely depends on driver size and distance of run, rather than sqft. Also depends on whether you're using 70v lines or running from a traditional amplifier

What is the rated voltage for this nimbus series?

BEST ANSWER: I used this in a 70v audio system but it is rated to handle up to 600VAC but I don’t think I would run higher than 250V

Can this wire be ran in the same chase as you home network cable(CAT6) with out causing cross talk?

BEST ANSWER: The answer is generally yes. Network signals are much higher in frequency than audio, the CAT-x cable you use is twisted pair (either shielded or not) to mitigate cross-talk, and you are not parallel to power cables (ROMEX, etc.). If/when you cross over power lines, be sure the crossover point is perpendicular (90 degrees) as possible.
