i highly recommend this cable. i am very pleased.

I ordered 2 green colored 10 foot lightening charge cables awhile back and was highly impressed with the integrity of the cable until recently. Both cables seemed to fail at the same time on the phone end. The crimped end broke and eventually both became intermittent.
I checked the lifetime warranty via emails. The customer service department sent me 2 new cables free of charge. I was extremely happy. They told me that those older type cables were discontinued. I received the new cables promptly. The cable crimps on both ends look much better than the older for sure. I hope these will last as long as the older ones. Thank you Monoprice for your exceptional customer service. There is no other company that sells cables/wire cheaper than Monoprice. Highly recommend Monoprice hands down.

Love the 10 ft cable length and lifetime warranty, but I've had to replace these multiple times already. The plastic ends come apart from the cable easily and need to get replaced. First few times Monoprice sent replacements without issue, now they want me to send the defective one back first.

amazon cables heated up and failed, these work.

Ordered cable got noticed it was being shipped, but it never arrived. Customer service was very helpful and sent me another one. Have used Monoprice many times in the past and never had a problem.

Suits my needs. I found out about y?all about 7-8 years ago from some A/V guys doing install on the marine college in NYC and I am besides myself with the luck of hearing about y?all
