All their DMX cables are fine. You shouldn't use regular audio cables for DMX. The standard requires a different impedance cable. These cables are the correct impedance.

These are my go-to cables now! I don't even check other sites because these work so well!

We purchased about 20 cables of various sizes so far and have run them all through their paces. So far no problems with the cables. We did however receive one 49 foot cable with the cable damaged in 2 places where the shielding was exposed. We taped these up and found that the cable works fine.

Monoprice is my current preferred supplier of DMX cable products.

PROS: Great Price, Fairly Solid Construction, Work Well.

CONS: We got one cable that had a damaged jacket that exposed the underlying shielding. No built in cable tie.

So far I've purchased six DMX cables from monoprice and have had no issues with any of them. A quality cable at an unbeatable price. I'm sure I'll purchase more as my lighting system grows.

I purchased this cable for a church installation. I had to extend an existing DMX run to reach some LED lights mounted behind a stage. Working great so far. Monoprice makes the best (and cheapest) DMX cables out there!
