The perfect choice for using our iMac as a monitor for my husband PC!!!

No problem with the cable and it works just like it was designed to.

I have been a Monoprice customer for years now, and this is the first cable I have purchased from them that did not satisfy me.

PROS: Cheap, long.

CONS: This cable must not be up to the DisplayPort specifications - it causes both monitors (connected via DP 1.2 chaining) to periodically go blank for over a second at a time. Additionally, it causes moving green lines to appear on screen occasionally. Pay the extra money and get your DisplayPort cables from elsewhere

All I needed to do was connect a second monitor to an iMac, and this was a much more affordable alternative to a cable with a fruit logo.

PROS: It works. It keeps money in my pocket.

CONS: None.

I bought this cable to connect my Asus G55VW to an LG Ultra Wide Screen Monitor. It works perfectly.

PROS: Easy to use.

Some of the monitors I purchased had display port - mini display port cables that were DoA or failed within the first week. So far, all of these cables have worked like a champ!

Good cable, great price.

got the wire in aug. worked fine until all of a sudden Displayport error. Tried two different computers to the one moniter, neither worked. Ordered the same wire from newegg, used it worked, failed within 2 months.

PROS: Nice length, good color?, while it worked it did what it was supposed to, 144hertz

CONS: Failed twice....one ordered from here the other from newegg...

I needed two cables for two different iMacs. We needed to drive two external displays at maximum resolution. We have been using the cables for more than a week now with no problems. Both customers are very happy.

PROS: Easy to connect, and worked fine. Well packaged and well priced. Used to connect a 27" iMac with an IPS display from Monoprice, and an iMac with a Dell display. Worked well in both instances and no funny behavior.

CONS: None. Excellent value. Very pleased.
