It's a speaker cable. Arrived exactly as described, and does a great job transmitting a signal from my amp to the speakers. All joking aside, this price was too good not to give it a try. It's a great price for a great quality cable.

Great cable, just stiff enough to easily fish through walls while being easy to work with. Spool was well wrapped and shipped in a box within a box.
No issues.

I ran this wire through the walls to my surround sound and it worked great, never tangled on the spool which I've seen on cheap wire and the jacket is tough enough to pull with nylon string and not damage the copper. Definelty recommend for a budget friendly 14 gauge wire.

Really like this speaker cable. Would like to see it in black someday, for installation purposes.

It sounds pretty good, no congestion in sound and music, more neutral than the old audioquest cables it replaced. It’s not easy to cut the white jacket without damaging the inside cables, I had to use a little utility knife to control the cut instead of the wire stripper.
I highly recommend it, I bought 500 ft.

Good product at a reasonable price. Recommend this for home system.

The outer jacket has a lot of extra space in it, meaning fewer of these wires will fit in a conduit than should.

While I buy all my cable from monoprice, I will have to think twice about speaker wire. I noticed the flaw in my line during the pre-sheetrock inspection. Every single speaker wire is crucial to making my Monoprice 6 zone WHA system work. Once the sheetrock is up, fixing a line is basically impossible. After finding this I had to run additional 'backup' cable runs in fear that other not found defects will cause my system to fail.



I have photos of all the parts where the line was broken and repaired. I did not think to take a video and now see I cannot attach photos to a review. I would be happy to supply photos to anyone.

PROS: -Price is great.

CONS: At 350 feet one of my spools was heavily damaged down to the bare wires and repaired by what looked like white duct tape. It was obviously damaged during manufacturing and 'patched' before it was sent to Monoprice.
