Basic CAT5E cables of good quality. Nothing special but they work fine.

these flat cables are a great replacement where you want a neater, more manageable installation for your network cabling, as they lay flat and therefore are easily attached (w/double-sided tape) to whatever (e.g.) under-desk situation you've got, especially these black cables ... my only concern would be with a PoE device on the end, as the cable conductors are only 30 AWG and I'm not certain that's robust enough for a higher current device like a large color screen PoE phone (I'd welcome more expert assessment on that issue - thanks)

Works as advertised at a Low cost. Would buy again if I needed another.
