If you need to put coax into a patch panel, or into a keystone wall plate, this works .

Exactly what I was looking for and needing to clean up my connection. I also bought the two opening faceplate and added this and a keystone for an ethernet cable to connect in another device in the garage, and both were awesome. I am definitely going to buy more as I clean up more and more wiring in my house.

Keystone jacks do not fit tightly in my non-Monoprice keystone plates, but otherwise good quality.
