I have a question how do you determine the size of these meaning how do you measure this to find out the correct size you need because I have one of these but the headphones cable keeps coming out of the jack adapter when plugged into my receiver?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question.
The headphones have a 3.5mm connection so the 1/4" plug that is on this adapter would not connect to the headphones.

Work and sound just fine, even on high end headphones
These work really well and fit everything including hard to fit short headset jacks like the Drop PC37x. Got the plastic ones too and they haven't had a problem either, but these feel more substantial.

Works as expected
It works fine. I feel like this kind of component either works or it doesn't. I'm not sure why I'd give it anything between 5 stars and 1 star.

It works
Its a pretty simple device, so not much to go wrong. It works, it looks good and it was only a buck. Hard to go wrong here. Buy one!

Great Adapter, Great Construction, Fair Price, 5*
Does what it's supposed to, and solid construction ensures it'll keep doing what it's supposed to do for a long time. Five stars.

Nice stereo converter, miniature to 1/4
Perfect to allow me to plug headphones with miniature jack into electric piano with 1/4 inch jack.

Loose and intermittent 3.5mm input connection
The 3.5mm input is very loose on most of my headphones. The connection is intermittent to the point of being next to useless. A shame because monoprice stuff is usually close to perfect. I think it needs tighter spring pins/clips internally.
